Somewhere lost in the middle of cartoon travels we find ourselves in the motor city's donut. We got here through a series of golden stars aligned on a US map, mostly winding through cheese country. Here we crossed taco pizzas, shoe-flavored soft serve, holey cows, peeling putt putts, and so many more unmentionables. Among all this we have hosted some awesome shows with minds unraveled, bodies in cruise. The best time for unequivocal insights.

On the Madison isthmus Bill Brown and Sabine Gruffaut started an awesome cartoon party turn pizza party turn ice cream breakfast. Bike lanes like highways. Dreamy dairyland. Milwaukee followed suit with the flaming cocktail hour and an overload on mexican burgers. Burlington, Iowa revealed some more perplexing insights involving billy goat mini golf and an open music studio for making melodies thanks to our beautiful friend susan. Chicago was windy as usual and Detroit has lived up to everything it seemed to promise. Windowless and fraught with frozen custard. Crossing into the second third of this amrcan fall journey with darkness growing longer and the cold colder we hold on tight!
